Coffee and and Hot Chocolate is for sale in the library for $2.

Today’s menu will be a Wow Butter Sandwich, Hot Dog or Chili Dog, Assorted Chips, Tater Tots, Baked Beans, Chilled Fruit, Fresh Fruit, Fresh Baked Cookie and Milk.

All access students need to bring their report cards to access class today.

The Photography meeting has been rescheduled for Tuesday, October 23rd.

The Hayden Band competition will be this Saturday at 4 pm.

Blountsville Centennial Celebration is Oct. 27th

There will be a parade, mechanical bull, buggy rides, entertainment, chuck-wagon vendors with food for free or for donations.

Town of Blountsville - OCTOBER 31ST- TRUNK OR TREAT- ALL GROUPS ARE WELCOME.
 Free hot dog, drinks, candy, bouncy houses, costume contests and games.

The varsity volleyball area tournament will be held at Susan Moore Monday, Oct. 22. PHS plays Hanceville at 4:00 to qualify for Regionals with the championship match at 5:00. Please come show your support."

Varsity Football plays away tonight vs. Vinemont at 7 pm.  Come out and support the Tigers!!!

Spirit day is Twin Day!
Monday, October 22nd  MSG/MSB basketball play at home vs. Cleveland. Games start at 5 pm.

Tuesday, October 23rd  MSG/MSB basketball play at home vs. Oneonta.  Games start at 5 pm.

Thursday, October 25th  MSG/MSB basketball play away vs. Appalachian.  Games start at 5 pm.

 

‚ÄčPrincipal's Message to Class of 2018

Pennington High School Class of 2018, many have stated in jest that, “You Can’t Get There from Here,” Indicating that the path might be too difficult to travel, so as to not even attempt such a journey.  I vehemently oppose that suggestion!  "YOU CAN GET THERE FROM HERE!"  Class, just as many past graduates from Pennington High have carved out a path for their success you are capable and prepared for that same opportunity. It can't be overstated that, "You Can Get There From Here," only if you are willing to put in the hard work and combine your intelligence, your aptitude, and your desires. 

Remember class that something great always comes at a price, a price of hard work, hard work that sometimes yieldsvictory and hard work that sometimes yields defeat, and many times yields persecution, but always yields the opportunity for Personal Growth.
